KIT is designed to help planning meetups smooth and simple. It basically takes the most important components of planning a meetup and presents it as a summary. The user can create an event and add members, add event details (Date, time, location etc.).Then the members can accept the invitation or enter their preferred date/time in a poll. And if a member wants to change his/her entered date, he can add a comment as to why. This eliminates all the unnecessary messages and simplifies selecting when and where it’s happening and gives a straightforward summary of the event.
